Payment
| Credit / Debit Cards | We accept Visa, Mastercard and Debit Cards. All payments are secure and processed by Barclaycard. |
| Cheques | Email, Fax or ‘Phone your order and we will despatch your goods upon receipt of your cheque. |
| Account Facility | Business customers can open a 30 day credit account on receipt of satisfactory references. |
In all cases a VAT invoice will be sent after the goods have been despatched.
Carriage
Carriage is free unless otherwise stated to destinations within the UK mainland.
For items not including carriage the cost will be advised at the time of ordering.
Delivery
Most stock items are despatched within 24 hours and should take a maximum of 2 / 3 working days for delivery.
For bespoke/special items, a delivery time will be advised at the time of ordering.
If any item is temporarily out of stock we will keep the item on back order and despatch as soon as it is available.
Warranty & Returns
Our products are guaranteed for a minimum of 12 months against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.
Any short deliveries, damage or defects must be reported within 10 working days of delivery.
All machines are available on a 7 day sale or return basis (conditions on application).
However, for all other products if within 21 working days of delivery for any reason you are unhappy with our products you can return them for a full refund (less carriage if charged) providing they are unused, in the same condition as delivered and are complete with all original packaging. Any damage or loss will be deducted from your refund.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
